This Refund Policy explains consultation fee rules, subscription billing, pharmacy order limitations, and when refunds may be issued for Herexa Health telehealth services.

This Refund Policy ("Policy") describes the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for services provided by Herexa Women’s Health, P.A ("Herexa," "we," "our," or "us"). By purchasing or using our Services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.

Please review this Policy carefully before submitting a medical assessment or purchasing Services.

  • IMPORTANT NOTICE

The consultation fee is $59 and covers physician review of your submitted medical information. Medication costs are not included. The consultation fee is non-refundable once physician review has begun.

1. Consultation Fees

Consultation fees compensate the licensed physician for professional evaluation of your medical assessment.

  • The $59 consultation fee becomes non-refundable once physician review has started.
  • No refund will be issued solely because a prescription was not provided.
  • Prescriptions may be issued only if clinically appropriate and are determined by physician judgment.

If a consultation has not yet been reviewed by a physician, refund requests may be considered at our discretion.


2. Medication and Pharmacy Orders

Prescription medications are dispensed by licensed pharmacies operating independently from Herexa.

  • Medications cannot be returned once dispensed due to safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Orders are generally non-refundable once a prescription has been transmitted to a pharmacy or shipped.
  • Medication availability, pricing, and shipping timelines are determined by the dispensing pharmacy.

If you receive damaged or incorrect medication, please contact support promptly so the issue can be reviewed.


3. Subscription Services (If Applicable)

If you enroll in a recurring or subscription-based service:

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date.
  • You may cancel future billing at any time through your account or by contacting support.
  • Charges already processed for an active billing period are generally non-refundable.

Access to Services may continue until the end of the paid billing period following cancellation.


4. Billing Errors or Technical Issues

Refunds may be issued in cases involving verified billing mistakes or technical errors.

  • Duplicate or incorrect charges may qualify for a refund after review.
  • Requests should be submitted promptly after the charge occurs.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team and include the following information:

  • Full name and email associated with your account
  • Date of purchase or consultation
  • Description of the issue or request

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable law and this Policy.


6. Processing Time

If approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Processing times after issuance are outside our direct control.

We may update this Refund Policy periodically. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the Services after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
